Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.
- Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: Previous BPO experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
