Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.
  • Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.
  • Maintain high satisfaction ratings through professional written correspondence.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
  • Technical: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience: Previous BPO experience is welcomed but not mandatory.
