Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction and communication.
- Encode and update customer records in the system.
- Follow company policies and standard procedures.
Qualifications:
- Open to High School Graduates, Senior High School Graduates, College Graduates, or Undergraduates.
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Willing to work on-site or virtually process application.
- Can work in shifting schedules.
